I must be at the MTC

Hallo! So another week has come and gone here at the MTC! I still love it here, my companion is still awesome, teaching is still scary (but less scary than last week), and I'm learning more and growing closer to my Savior each and every day! So the reason why I titled this "I must be at the MTC" is because many things happened this week that really only happens at the MTC. 1) My investigator Charles, who I talked a little bit about last week became our new teacher! and then both of our teachers became our next two investigators Jan and Mario. haha I know that its a pretty normal thing here but I still think it's pretty funny how your investigator becomes your teacher and then a new investigator while still being your teacher. One of my teacher jokes that he has five different personalities! 2) before coming here I heard a lot of people talk about how the days go by slow but the weeks go by fast and I didn't really understand what that meant...Well I do now. Week One. Done!

Hey GUYS :) So I completed my first week here at the MTC and wow! It has been quite the experience! So basically from the moment I arrived it was GO GO GO!! Each day is 16 hours and it is so fulllll of things we have to do! I really enjoy my classes, which are in all German and I love that!! I came into the MTC with 3 years of background and a love for the German Language so I started a bit ahead of some of the other new German missionaries. But in just one week, everyone has improved in the language like WAYY more than I did in all my years of German in high school. I know the gift of tongues is a seriously real thing! So far we have already taught four full-length lessons to our first "investigator" Charles in German! During our first lesson, I was able to understand a lot of what Charles was saying and asking but my companion Sister Roach and I were worried coming into the lesson that we just wouldn't have the words adequate to respond to him and help him.
