Letzte Woche im MTC!

Ich gehe nach Deutschland am Montag!!
Hallo alle!
It was another super fast and pretty great week! We got our travel plans on Friday and we leave for Germany on Monday! like Wayyyyyy early in the morning but I'm very excited about it, and ready to get out there and work and only speak German!! yessss.

So we are at the MTC at a very cool time because in just these last two weeks, we have been visited by 1/4 of the Twelve Apostles! I talked last week about how Elder Bednar came! And then this last Sunday, we had M. Russell Ballard! He is so sweet and his message was very genuine and I loved that! Then just yesterday, we had Neil L. Anderson and that was super cool! His messages was about keeping the fire of hope burning within us, hope that there are people in every place in the world who are searching for the message that we are sharing as missionaries. He also talked about the power and importance of prayer, which I always love hearing about. Prayer is truly one of the most powerful tools we have available to us in this life. One thing he said that I really loved was that he told us that we need to ask for miracles and even expect miracles because we are doing the Lord's work and when we do it diligently and to the best of our abilities, He will want to bless us with those beautiful tender mercies. I want to work on noticing the daily tender mercies more in my life. After Elder Anderson spoke, he walked around with his grandkids and shook at least 200 hands of the missionaries present, which was super cool and he loved it! I was just a row too far back to reach him but I did shake his 7 year old(estimate) grandson's hand... so adorable!

We skyped a German, currently living in the Berlin Mission area on Saturday. It was a super cool experience! She was preparing to serve a mission herself and had such a powerful testimony! I just love the people of Germany so much!

As excited as I am to go to Berlin, I am really going to miss my district and my amazing teachers! It's been such a great 6 weeks spent with them! ...Speaking of teachers, One of my teachers has a reputation for being able to recite the First Vision really really fast! And I can recite it pretty fast as well so I challenged him! and I beat him! He said it in 14 seconds and I said it in 12 seconds. He claimed that he was rusty though so we're having a re-match on Saturday. haha.

Okay well that's all for this week! I probably won't be able to email until the 28th or something... but it will be coming from Germany! woo Ich bin sehr begeistert!
Bis Später!
Liebe,
